Selected Jantom Chairs are guaranteed for 3 or 5 years to the purchaser against faulty manufacturing. This guarantee excludes wear and tear and the upholstery material and is subject to the chair being used for its design purpose.
Jantom quality seating is built conforming to BIFMAx5.1 (American Standard) quality and safety requirement for office chairs. We provide office chairs with a 3 or 5 year manufacturers warranty and Lounge suites with a 10 year warranty for frame, a 3 year warranty for webbing. We aim to provide our designed products to respond to the desire and challenge of today's business people.
All guarantee claims must be supported by valid proof of purchase from an authorised Jantom Furniture Dealer accompanied with a Jantom Service Request form.
